Good Week of Baseball

This week started with a 10th-inning win from the Samford Bulldogs over UAB on Tuesday. It then led to a great Friday with two conference wins and a series win. Each win seemed to be in the latter half of the game. When the pitching is good and holding the other team down it is only a matter of time until those bats get hot. That showed all week for the Bulldogs except for the loss on Saturday to ETSU. If the pitching staff stays up like they did this week and have trust in their defense and batters then good things will come of the next games and throughout this season.
